The primary section consists of 1 year to 5 years. The following subjects are studied under the guidance of teachers and parents who are dedicated to the development of the subject and extracurricular activities of the students at this crucial stage of laying a good foundation for higher education.
Primary Education (Grade 1 to 5): This stage covers the first five years of formal education. Students typically start primary school at age six and finish at age eleven. The main subjects taught include Mathematics, Sinhala/Tamil (depending on the medium of instruction), English, Science, Social Studies, and Religious Studies. Additionally, subjects like Art, Physical Education, and Music may also be included.
